The case
Problem
Aesthetics studios live hostage to social platforms: information scattered across stories, old posts and DMs, vanishing into next week's algorithm. The brand needed a home address where studio, specialist, method, each procedure, testimonials and packages lived organized and durable.
Solution
I centralized every piece of brand information in a detailed record per procedure, plus pages for the specialist, the studio and the method. On top of that base, I isolated three entry flows into the Studio by decision stage ("I already know", "I'm not sure", "I'm a recurring client") and waitlist capture for Class and Store before launch. Paid "Prior Evaluation" works as both a filter and revenue at first contact.
Outcome
- Customer finds everything at one single address
- Brand no longer depends on the algorithm to introduce itself
- Paid Prior Evaluation filters the curious and generates revenue
- Class and Store start building an audience before launch

Architecture decisions
How the project evolved: technical choices, what changed and why.
Single landing → three flows by decision stage
Before
A traditional institutional site pushed every visitor to the same booking CTA, regardless of where they stood.
After
Three entry routes into the Studio segmented by stage: "I already know", "I'm not sure" and "I'm a recurring client".
WhyA decided customer wastes time on institutional fluff. An undecided one bails if dropped straight into booking. Splitting reduces friction on both sides.
Everything on Instagram → durable record per procedure
Before
Procedure information lived in stories and old posts, gone within a week of the algorithm cycle.
After
One dedicated page per procedure: description, photos, indications, contraindications, FAQ and a comparator for similar treatments.
WhyAesthetic procedures are a researched decision. Durable, specific content converts better than ephemeral social posts.
Free evaluation → paid Prior Evaluation
Before
Anyone could book a free evaluation. Result: agenda packed with the merely curious and high no-show rate.
After
Paid Prior Evaluation through an external platform filters real intent and turns the first contact into revenue.
WhyHigh-end aesthetics don't compete on cheap calendar slots. Charging the first contact qualifies the lead and respects the specialist's time.
